About Mercy Day

In 2014 Sochi Russia hosted the winter Olympics. In response to Russia’s hard stance on homosexuality, many cities around the world flew the rainbow flag, including the hometown of the Mercy Day campaign organizer.

Enough was enough.

The idea was hatched to proclaim to the world what the rainbow REALLY means.

Mercy Day is NOT an attack on homosexuality, for ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23), it is merely a day to celebrate the mercy of God in not destroying this wicked world, but giving people a chance to repent.
